How to avoid this "Setel block" feature if using multiple phones/frequent change phone/frequent factory reset after each major update.

only you know what you really did.

you should't keep switching devices. their system is recording each devices/long/lat for each login/transactions.


how to avoid? 1 setel account for 1 device.

Other ewallet dont have such location block.
1 setel account need to have 1 unique phone number.

enforcement could be different by each ewallet

guidelines from bnm is vague, it's up to the ewallet to enforce certain degree of tracking/restrictions

auto logout old device once logged into new device.
1 account can have 5 devices before it's blocked and easier process to unlock.

setel took 3 business days to unlock blocked account shakehead.gif

i have just upgraded my account to have a higher limit.

previously i have some extra money under the "pending balance". but after upgraded the account, it's still not being moved to my "available balance" yet. may i know anyone faced this problem before?

It is a Paysgift voucher, not Setel credit.
You need to redeem for Petrol at a Petronas station by the due date, same as the Paysgift-Petronas voucher offered at MyDigi App. It is always cheaper to get it via Digi Reward instead of Lazada.

Can anyone confirm if Kad Mesra Physical can no longer be used and we must submit receipts to Setel as only way to claim points for cash payments?
