When we use the credit at Setel, which one will be used up first - the RM2 or the RM98?

Purchased RM100 voucher at RM96 from shopee.

Redeemed at app but the value is RM105. Any idea where the extra money come from? First time user here.

And i checked payment history, it is blank. Not showing any expiration date.

Add: appear already. RM5 from referal bonus but expire in less than 1 hr!

I pumped RM97 from the RM105 credit (98 + 2 + 5 referral) but no where it is indicated which is already used, or by default the earliest expiry will be used first?

No where you can see. Need to work out yourself.
(In the past, I did receive a notification when some credit was expiring, but not now - I estimate I am having ~RM50 credit will expire on 2/6/21)

I had 1 transaction expired:

1st transaction, RM10, expired date 28/05/2021:
Partnership_Aeon.

I did not know i had both the transaction above which i only knew after open the Setel app on 28/5/2021. Still had RM22+ credit left in Setel app.


I had got a question on the referral reward credit.If anyone got this referral reward RM5, it show Created on 25/5/2021 and expired on 25/5/2021. So it really expired or permanently no expired date?

Hi, the reward bonus is from me Finally I use setel after months of getting your referral code.

The new user referral bonus has same Created and Expiry date on 25/5 with just 30 mins allocated. I pumped petrol after the expired time and the balance credit tally. Meaning, I was able to use it several hours after the expired time.

I will try to pump again to use up my credits within this 2 weeks, hopefully my tank has some space by then. Later MCO wont be driving much pulak

I chat with the CS and I was informed that once we redeemed a voucher into the setel wallet, it will no longer have an expiry date.

If your Setel credit expired, try chat with CS ask for reinstatement. Mine also expired (purchased from Shopee last yr) and totally forget to use as keep using the Shopee RM15-3.. Setel is kind enuf to extend for another 2 months.

Just to addon, once you used the credit for fuel purchase, the remaining credit will not expire.

Folks with multiple phones, have you been blocked from login to setel before due to their systems detected multiple devices. How to avoid this?

Redeemed RM50 from shopee purchase but payment history still not showing, so unable to check expiry date. I thought it appears immediately?

update: appeared already, they dont separate the free credit anymore, directly RM50 which is good
