I still feel 256GB should be the min storage from 2020 onwards for high-end phones. Just my 2cents.
This is definitely true.. I'm using oneplus7 pro coz of the 8gb ram with 256gb storage.. my storage also left 50gb only.. all for work purpose already fill up 180gb..
It's kinda backwards thinking when cloud storage is the future. All my photos prior 2020 are in Google Photos. The problem with having so many files on your phone is it reads each and every file when access an app that requires viewing file content like images or videos. To me, all OEMs should have at least 128gb storage. 64gb is laughable.
The main reason why I decided to buy a Note10 SD Dual Sim rather than the Google Pixel 4 last year from T&L. Note 10 Snapdragon dual sim 256gb = 3015RM Pixel 4 64gb = 3099RM Pixel 4 128gb = 3499RM
I've always wanted a Pixel but they think like Apple.

Im using Google Drive for my files and google photos for pictures and videos, either im using ios or android.

For me is the price vs other phone specs.. I can get a better specs phone for my need with a cheaper price.
He concluded in his tear down video it's more of a glass like substrate.

The Exynos 990 not that bad I hope.. but majority of the models in Malaysia is Exynos 990 right? I haven't see any1 promoting SD865 .
Yeah, hopefully there's a leap in terms of improvement over the Exynos 9825 that powered the Note 10+

I'd like to try one too but it has no official warranty. Don't dare take the risk.
The video tells us that the Z Flip's display is made of plastic and glass underneath. You are touching plastic which you cannot remove because it is part of the display. Kinda pathetic of Samsung to fool people into believing they are touching actual glass. lol

They say it's like glass but not glass.. they can say we never say it's pure glass.. just it's glass.. doesn't make any sense tho.. hahaha

Buying high end phones with super camera and just use free unlimited google photos cloud is not a perfect solution unless you opt to pay for extea storage.
I also used to think the whole Exynos vs Snapdragon argument was blown out of proportion. I've owned every Samsung flagship since the S6 (with the exception of the S7 Edge and Note 7) and all of them performed adequately. I'm not a gamer as well so I probably wouldn't know about the superiority of the SD's GPU compared to the Exynos, so it's all good. But all of them had unusual battery drain especially overnight and when on idle. I initially thought it was an Android issue, but having tried other phones then I thought it was a Samsung issue. Samsung would not release a SD powered phone here officially and I would never buy one without official warranty so no harm, no foul. Ignorance is bliss! Then the S10 Lite was launched and out of curiosity I bought it to try, half expecting it to be not so different. I could not be more wrong. I went from 7-8% overnight battery drain to just 2% with all settings left on. Granted, the S10 Lite has a slightly bigger battery than the Note 10+ (4500mAh vs 4300mAh), but I'm getting some serious mileage from the S10 Lite which I can never achieve on any of my previous Samsung phones.
Also, my brief experience with the Note 10+ was even more frustrating as it had poor signal reception - worse than most midrange phones. Now on the same network and at the same locations, the reception on my S10 Lite is far better. So now that I've had the first hand experience for myself, I can see why most here would pick the SD over the Exynos if given a choice. I'd do the same. I had the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 running on pure Android and it was alright. But yeah, the Asus ownership experience is not for everyone Would you still buy after watching this?
I get that no one would intentionally damage the screen like that but to boast about having Ultra Thin Glass when it's clearly not glass....
Samsung is dead to me until they use Snapdragon and change their slow ass ultrasonic fingerprint scanner

Well... I guess its the same story with Apple Ifags. Samsung Fags will die die defend Samsung even when they are being short-changed for lower specs and in this case smaller storage.

What he did to the phone is crazy. Nobody is going to use the phone like him.
In this case, I will believe what SAMSUNG said that it is ultra thin glass.
lol its almost the same price of iphone 11 pro max 64GB at $1799 but its cheaper if you compare to Pro max 256GB in SG

Somehow I don't feel sakit hati to pay over RM4k for my iPhones, but very reluctant to do that for Android seeing how fast the price drops.

Samsung fear it might end up like HTC , so fast2 squeeze their fans kaw2 to the max while they are still the top.

Utilizing technology is what is good for us. I usually transfer old photos to my laptop but keep a backup of them in cloud. These free "high-quality" photos are good enough to relive old memories from time-to-time.

HTC was once a powerhouse company with the best designers and engineers. They briefly became the no.1 smartphone brand in 2011. They were who Huawei is now. It's always Samsung vs HTC.
We won't know what can happen to Samsung if they don't fix their asking price of their latest flagship phones. The fact that pre-orders are not out of stock means consumers won't pay them that much unlike iPhone buyers.

Same boat here waiting patiently for the my pre order unit while munching popcorn and watching the debate rage on
On a side note also ordered the spigen liquid air already to prep myself. No sp yet since there seems to be a pre applied one. Don't like tempered glass with curved screens
