Well, 5 years ago my Samseng note 5 took pretty chicks as the same. Now maybe new 1+ model pretty chicks do stay the same as well but S20 take pretty chicks as fairies.... so of course S20 more worth it, Snapdragon models la. Haha.

Haha, yeah, I used to say that if Samsung puts a 5000mAh battery in their flagship I would buy it, but now that I've had a taste of the forbidden fruit (SD processor in a Samsung) it's hard.

The S20 Ultra also comes with just 128GB storage? That's strange. In the past Samsung would be very generous with storage for a phone above RM4,000 (and in fact closer to RM5000).

My last Huawei was the P20 Pro, and updates were far and few between. Came close to pulling the trigger for the Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X and P30 Pro but in the end I held back. Anyways, won’t be considering a Huawei for the time being.

SAMSUNG Galaxy phones are using One UI 2.0 now, no more Experience UI.

EMUI 10 keeps on killing the apps running background, thus it has better battery life than SAMSUNG Galaxy phones with Exynos processor ( but not Qualcomm Snapdragon processor ).

Ya, true. Anyways will wait for the masses to get their phones and see what their experience is like on the new Exynos. I'm not going anywhere near the preorder this round. I didn't pay much attention to the launch and spec sheets but really surprised to learn that the RM4999 S20 Ultra comes only with 128GB storage. Very Apple like already, hahaha (although one can argue Apple will still give you 64GB storage)
Then go with the S10 Lite, it"s more than sufficient for your needs. I've had it for 4 days now, and at the moment it's checking every box for me
