As I guess, there would be 6 units per block, 3 units per lifts. In each 3 units part would have 1 big unit around 2000~2400 sqf with north facing, 2 middle units around 1600~1800 sqf with south facing.
They would know the units have more than 2500 sqf are not easy to sell even in Mont Kiara. 1500~2000 sqf is the best option for both developer and buyer. I just hope Asia Quest would use good quality interior materials. I cannot find anymore good quality materials since a few years. Especially the made by UEMs are so terrible. I never buy and live there. |
