I just hope Asia Quest would use good quality interior materials. I cannot find anymore good quality materials since a few years. Especially the made by UEMs are so terrible. I never buy and live there.

Any details they will release soon? considering a 2000sqf+ in MK and UEM Sunrise's Allevia seems to be the only good one around (for new developments)

Not keen on dual key / studio units. In fact i want a big living and kitchen island area and not so many bedrooms and bathrooms (!!). It is hard to find a more western oriented layout in our local developments, except those luxury penthouse/villa units probably

Agreed. I prefer the Kiaramas area too... just not sure how is this new development.

Kiaramas Danai is nice but there are certain things that put me off - too small shower area, separate car park building, etc but i guess nothing is perfect
