Yes near Penchala. But there would probably be units facing the other side ie towars ayuria, cendana... there is also the high tension cable next to the plot of line - see yellow lines below

I think if the unit faces the opposite direction i.e. towards Danai/Cendana - it should be nice and quiet ! We need more details ... when is project launching date ...

Nice aerial view photo Sichang. Looks like land clearing going well.

Why do you say 2024? Any confirmation that the project will launch this year? If they only launch it next year, we may have to wait until 2025 ..

I am also thinking it can go as high as RM1,000 psf, given the good location. Solaris Parq next to Publika is still selling for RM1,200 psf 😱

We’ve called up the developer directly and asked. They refused to divulge any info, said that the marketing & sales team have not released any info on the project yet.

Developer claimed that land clearing needs to be done just to comply with the Development Order issued by the authorities.

Lets do hope they launch it soon this year !

There are rumours that WCT is planning to build on the empty plot of land next to Pavillion Hilltop / Palma / Pines. Lets hope it doesn’t obstruct your view

I am not sure the orientation of the blocks but hope it will not block as the land size only 3.1 acres and they want to build 430 units which is very high density.

For Dedaun, 8 acres and only 600+ units. Much lower density for kiaramas project 👍

No, still patiently waiting.

UEM Sunrise on the other hand is going ahead with their plans to launch Mont Kiara Allevia at Jalan Kiara 3/4 in November 2020.

Just before the MCO. Their marketing team said no news yet. Land clearing done to comply with dbkl's requirements only. Salesperson at Kiaramas gallery said dont expect anything until next year.
