Yes, just beside penchala link.
Pavilion hilltop is now 900-1000psf, I also bought a subsales unit.
For kiaramas Dedaun, I would think around 900psf too as Datai was launched around 700psf which was 7-8 years ago.

Anyway if you buy Dedaun you have to wait for 4 years (2024). I like this location indeed

Why do you say 2024? Any confirmation that the project will launch this year? If they only launch it next year, we may have to wait until 2025 ..

I am also thinking it can go as high as RM1,000 psf, given the good location. Solaris Parq next to Publika is still selling for RM1,200 psf 😱

Agent told me they will launch this year but don’t know how reliable of the info. May delay too due to the covid 19 and market slowdown.

I have not moved to pavilion hilltop yet. I bought it Dec last year and very cheap may be I am lucky but my friend bought last June, same block as me, block C was 2.53mil 2767sf. High floor as well.

For me I bought because of the view, can see the entire KL skyline which is priceless.

Dedaun is good location too and also high ground. May be at 40th floor can also have kl skyline as well. I love view 😊

We’ve called up the developer directly and asked. They refused to divulge any info, said that the marketing & sales team have not released any info on the project yet.

Developer claimed that land clearing needs to be done just to comply with the Development Order issued by the authorities.

Lets do hope they launch it soon this year !

There are rumours that WCT is planning to build on the empty plot of land next to Pavillion Hilltop / Palma / Pines. Lets hope it doesn’t obstruct your view

I access the project in front of pavilion for quite a while before I decided to buy. Apparently there are 3 blocks and the tallest is 26th floor. I am not sure the orientation of the blocks but hope it will not block as the land size only 3.1 acres and they want to build 430 units which is very high density.

For Dedaun, 8 acres and only 600+ units. Much lower density for kiaramas project 👍
