Anyone here can give me some advice? I am comparing between Green Field and Green Avenue. Both looks good for own stay. Currently i am planning to buy my first house and hope to move in this year. I want to buy as own stay for now, may be in future to let. How is the management in both condo?? Kindly advice.

Green is a nice condo to stay, management is good. Most of the residence is family, quiet environment. accessibility is very good too. anyway, its very much personal preference. suggest you to spend more time in each condo when you do your viewing. walk around the condo to understand.

Final decision lies in your hands when you visit both apartments and judge for yourself. Both are rather old (close to 20 years old or more) so you may need to do a bit of renovation to keep the unit refreshed if it's still on the old fittings.

A friend used to be choosing between Green Avenue and Anjung Hijau (Greenfield) and chose the latter as he prefers less facilities (no gym and other kind of facilities) and therefore the monthly maintenance fees is very low. If I am not mistaken it is less than RM100. This may be a deciding factor for you as some people might prefer more facilities, though maintenance fees will be higher.

just correction. Green avenue is not close to 20 years.. may be is around 10 years?

Yes, Green Avenue may be closer to 10 years than 20 years, though in my mind it's still an old condo. It's newer than Anjung Hijau which should be close to 20 years if not more.

It's time to put new paint to this condo...the outlook is older than Anjung Hijau even though GA is newer to AH.

Now the price seems stagnant for a while. Some more surrounding have so many high rise already completed and completed soon and usually condo appreciation will be slow after sometime...unless there is some boosting factor or else my opinion is quite challenging.
