Anyone here can give me some advice? I am comparing between Green Field and Green Avenue. Both looks good for own stay. Currently i am planning to buy my first house and hope to move in this year. I want to buy as own stay for now, may be in future to let. How is the management in both condo?? Kindly advice.

Green is a nice condo to stay, management is good. Most of the residence is family, quiet environment. accessibility is very good too. anyway, its very much personal preference. suggest you to spend more time in each condo when you do your viewing. walk around the condo to understand.

Both are rather old (close to 20 years old or more) so you may need to do a bit of renovation to keep the unit refreshed if it's still on the old fittings. A friend used to be choosing between Green Avenue and Anjung Hijau (Greenfield) and chose the latter as he prefers less facilities (no gym and other kind of facilities) and therefore the monthly maintenance fees is very low. If I am not mistaken it is less than RM100. This may be a deciding factor for you as some people might prefer more facilities, though maintenance fees will be higher. |
