yes IR could work if you select Skyworth but no need for that even

Google Home app should work and even allow using your phone as a keyboard for it

Just make sure when using the Google Home app, you’re connecting to the same home wifi on your phone as your Unifi TV Box.

Maybe it’s just me, but it’s not working when Unifi TV Box is Ethernet-connected.

Hi, how do you guys transfer files (mp3/mp4) to unifi box internal memory? Mine have 20gb+ available.

If for me, quite a hassle.

First need to download any File Manager app from Play Store to UPB, then need to link any Cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive) with my MP3/MP4 files already uploaded there. Finally it will be synced & listed to the File Manager.

Bear in mind the UPB doesn’t have media player, so need to download it as well (like VLC) from Play Store.

Did you try powering it down and wait for a minute or so and power up?

Whats the message on the screen or its hung in there?

Try use another power adapter

Turn off few minutes then on it back, same 1 led green only, screen prompt "no signal...bla..bla.." , try new hdmi also same problem

Same problem, or any related with login id?
Before this happened i logout my user id(unifi id) and just use others app to watch tv

if your box already enabling developer, still can't switch on unknown sources. i mean can't sideload third party apps if ur box unifi plus box v1 not Hybrid. only unifi plus box Hybrid can sideload third party apps like's Aptoide TV, apkpure.
