I remember many years back when I was a kid, whenever gomen staff wana come do check up or survey, they'll first send letters house to house informing the date government ppl will come and for what purpose. Yes that includes the drs, MA (aka dressar) and nurses. On that appointed day they'll show up complete in uniform and ID card.

The workers came by with official vehicle, vest, kad kuasa semua.. what more do you want? Letter? Phone call in advance? All those things can still be faked. At what length do you really want to carry it to?

That aunty should have been more cooperative. Afterall it was just a survey , it was not like the officials asked to be allowed to enter her house. She could refused to answer any questions that she thought invasive of her privacy.

She claimed those 2 KKM guys walked away after being photographed. They were there just to do surveys, if they encountered not cooperative people, of course they would walked away and moved to the next house. Nothing suspicious.

Sit in the house - scammer call you pretend to be court, police, etc.
Online selling platform - scammer whatsapp you.
Everywhere is scam and there is no active measurement to catch and penalize them.

Sometime police stop you also, you cant be sure it real or not.
If you ask too much, then kena label kurang ajar.

Even mintak tabung also got scammer - the other video where the person was asked about prayers and couldnt answer.

So it is common to be was was berwaspada when someone coming to your house.

- fb posts claimed they shown id card and vest but swan lee claimed otherwise

3. it is totally within swan lee right to refuse entry for anyone except police with warrant

4. you can refuse a survey, consentual form had to be signed. ask any scientific ethics community.

5. too many scammers around, heck even theres one posing as petronas asking gas service, better safe than sorry.

1. Not enough awareness campaign by Menteri Kesihatan? Did they habe communication with the local residents prior to inspection? Roadshows? Distribute flyers? Etc? Siapa Menteri Kesihatan?

2. Resident has right to reject anyone entering your home unless you are police with search warrant. Officers should show IC when asked. Did they?

3. Aunty also bodoh sikit sikit yell racist. Uncalled for. This is same like those Melayu di tindas mentality.
