dont waste time entertaining these type of people. better to just let the malaria outbreak happen at that area and decimate the population there. that is what I can conclude logically since some people cannot be save.

also to all govt depts heads, pls update your SOP to include bodycams for taking videos of the public that obstruct your staff from doing their jobs. and provide procedures for your dept to make police report instead of getting your staff to make the report on their own.
