3. it is totally within swan lee right to refuse entry for anyone except police with warrant

* various acts covering bona fide gov enforcement officer entering without a warrant.  Read moar.

4. you can refuse a survey, consentual form had to be signed. ask any scientific ethics community.

* any scientific person would undoubtly comply a fucking survey involving a fucking infectious diseases behind a fucking gate because its a fucking survey. Its not an enforcement. Learn teh fucking difference.

5. too many scammers around, heck even theres one posing as petronas asking gas service, better safe than sorry.
