Ayam use Panasonic leak proof batteries these days. Battery leak is very annoying and may spoil my devices.

It seems like IKEA Ladda rechargeables are good.

How about their chargers? IKEA charger recommended or others?

Yo TS, just be careful with those cheap brand battery... it might *LEAK* after sometime.. have to check every few months.
If its mean for long time storage purposes, just buy those leak proof with insane shelf life battery.

I avoid the really cheap batteries you can find on lazada/shopee. Like everyone say..they leak. Mine was soft even, and my little one likes to bite on it.

Now I use

1) For most of my stuff: "Voninko" AA/AAA batteries from Mr DIY (it's white+blue in colour). Kids toys, remote, etc. It feels more premium that the super cheap ones. smile.gif

2) For kids toys: Rechargable AA/AAA lipo batteries that can be charged directly using usb type c cables. Can buy from lazada/shopee. This outputs 1.5V, and works with many kids electronics such as remote control cars, etc. I don't use this when I know my kids may throw the toy into water, abuse, etc.

3) My old NiMH rechargable for some electronics. That said, I seldom use this already because many of my devices can't work with its voltage of 1.2V. I have a bunch of these and they're basically unused trash right now.

why? electrolyte leak easily? don't wanna damage my clock.

Yes they leak.

IKEA ones are good, too bad they discontinued them already. Lucky I stocked them before they discontinued them.

For rechargables, the IKEA ladda ones are good. They hold charge for quite some time and relatively cheap. I think they come out of the same enelop factory.

For long term storage, the cheaper zink carbon batteries stores better than alkalines. If want alkalines just get the better branded ones.
