just get ikea ladda la, its OEM eneloop also, eneloop got alot of fakes

i went there many times. no stock.
even the staff told me that people steals the battery.

If you really meant GOOD.
just get the good and reputable battery brands - duracell, energizer, panasonic, sanyo, everyready.

but if you thought of getting cheap don't know what brands, you no need to ask for advice. just buy.

i bought before Mitsubishi AA and AAA batteries there.

cheap battery = most expensive

problem is fake (like the link i posted above)

if scared fake. then don't buy from online.

if not just go to any reputable shops to buy. Aeon, Aeonbig, Tesco, Ace hardware.
