it is good to see such an incompetent a.s.s.h.o.l.e resigned. Ibrahim Saad is due to resign too when his contract coming to the end 2 months from now. Hopefully with their resignations the management would get better. But the fundamental problem with malaysian football is, there is just no talent to work on. You can bring in world class coaches but they will still not produce becoz there just isn't any players to carry out the instructions on field. Well, give another 20 years to the country. Start everything from scratch. From grassroots level to the professional league. Maybe then we can start beating Spore consistently.

Come on, give Toyo a chance. He turned Selangor into a developed state, remember?  rolleyes.gif

Dude, i believe it doesn't apply to sports. Ask Einstein to manage a football association i'm pretty sure he also kelam kabut. Btw, i don't think Sgor is developed at all. Not any part of Msia can be considered as "developed".

Lol, don't take it literally dude, I was being sarcastic.

Yeah, we need more sportsmen in the management side instead of some f***tard politician.

QUOTE(Grengo01 @ Jul 17 2007, 06:04 PM)
This is my most blunt analysis:

Back in those days, we have footballers who are not full timers. They are employees of Penang Port, TNB, Maybank etc... they got a job and they started playing football. Means? They are literate and have some brains.

Today, just because he was plucked from a kampung and can kick a ball, we elevate him to the status of a genius/ prodigy and companies offer him a job so that he can play football for them. I guess genius and prodigy is too big a word to describe these sub standard footballers. Means? They may not have brains for the game.

The key words here are: You can take them out of the kampung but you cant expect them to take the kampung out of themselves.
Some very good points mate. Many a time our footballers have no idea what to do with the ball and just boot it upfield. Players that think faster may have instead elected to make a more intelligent pass.

to me it doesnt matter whether he step down or not.... even if wenger, alex ferguson or JM themselves come and coach malaysian team we will fail.. coz we lack the basic football skill.... if we manage to improve it... we can win the match under any coach... its not abt the coach but we lack of basic skills.... so no issue at all abt the coach to me, personally...

I think if the sultan of pahang really dun want to step down from FAM, the new FAM will assign him as the chairman of the FAM but without the excutive powers. That's the only way for him to stay in FAM without corrupting it. my 60 cents only..

Guys after this cup we must boycott local competition. Let there be no more $$$.

FA cup final alone at least could get rm 1 million per match in tickets. Syok woo.

If there is no more money hopefully the vampires would go away.

i was browsing the group and standing.

the only other team in AFC cup to score only once is Oman but they let in 3 goals. we score one but we also had the most kena. SEPULUH biji. unless some kinda "miracle" happen to the other team, we will most likely end the competition as the only team that concede double digit goals.

'I just told the players to face it and maybe it will make us stronger. We have to be realistic against Iran and hope we don't concede too many goals.'

This comment makes me hate the coach even more. Where is the winning mentality?!

An inspiring coach will say something like "this is our 50 years of independence, we will go about to show that malaysian football has what it takes, blah blah, we will bring Iran down and bring merdeka cheer to all the broken malaysian hearts out there."

I hope Iran bash Malaysian pondan team more than 10 goals
unless FAM bribe Iran not to score more than 2

so, i predict Iran win 2-0 because of the bribe

guys stop attacking the royal family... and the management ... its not their fault... no matter how skillful a player is but they restricted and limited by their pysical..

the problem is pyshical ,small and short

the way to fix it is to change the eating of malaysian population the health ministry have to parcipate and encourge whole malaysian to feed thier young with more milk ... perhaps distribute TIGER extra calcium biscuiut throughout whole malaysia .. in 15-30 years this problem will be solved...

Well, its good to see that f@ggot-face IBrahim SAD stepping down at last... What has that f**ktard done to football in this country other than showing his stupid yong-sui in the newspapers? Good riddance!

In the end, after all his cronies have stepped down, only the nyanyuk king remains... But nvm, the new FAM Board should just vote him off his post during the coming Congress in September... Or as a sympathy, keep him as Chairman but without any decision-making powers, like what aiyish said...
