But take note that, it only constitutes to 35% of the total portfolio. There's still 65% unknown. |

guys, I made my first redemption on the 9th of March around 9 am and the status says completed in the transaction history.
however, the money still not credited back to my bank account.... how long does it takes usually? i thought it is T+1 business day? |

do you guys do transactions everyday? just topped up rm 500, only got 250 coins. Very dependent on luck? ...
Did shariah. the redemption seems low. |

From personal experience, if you level up with your current transaction, then that transaction will earn you boost coins at that new level up.
Maybe try to do a few small transactions at merchants? Bottle of water 19x times for 50c each. |

The minimum 1k to leave in Opus Touch, so that we can do partial withdrawal in future--is it 1k units or $1k?
