What TS say is once drop continue to drop so I was thinking why not since drop continue to buy

just hope
the drops is not that long until you run out of money
the drops does not stay stagnant for a prolonged period of time after you ran out of money
each of your top up has significant impact on the ROI of your portfolio if it rises 3~5%% from averaged entry price
