QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Jan 10 2020, 05:49 PM) from https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsmone/funds at the top section.... there is a tab that read......"Please Choose a fund" after selected the fund, ....... in the Transaction section..... that said details will be published there.... else it will usually be published in the fund prospectus too. as per page 18, in the fund prospectus https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsmone/adm...tusMYOAMIPF.pdf |

I would say more like this...
< 1100 units (1099 units or less): - only full redeem allowed (if the minimum balance is 1000 units and if the minimum redeem units is 100 units) 1100 units and above - 2 options: full redeem or partial redeem with a minimum 1000 units balance + a minimum redeem units of 100 units Example: Balance: 1200 units. Fully: 1200 units if Minimum units balance requirements: 1000 units if minimum redeem units of 100 units Partial redeem units allowed: 100~200 units. Example: Balance: 1101 units. Fully: 1101 units if Minimum units balance requirements: 1000 units if minimum redeem units of 100 units Partial redeem units allowed: 101 units. QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Feb 9 2020, 03:13 PM) You guys should be aware of that those funds that Opus is offering is unit trust. if NOT for this benefits....ever wonder how many would go for that platform for its limited fund choices?Income Plus Fund is a bond fund with low-to-moderate risk which requires short to medium investment tenure (3 to 5 years). The platform is not meant for parking place for milking out cash back from Boost like some of us trying to do. Not sure if some of here is doing investment or just rolling $$$ over from source A to source B. |

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Feb 19 2020, 02:31 PM) wanna ask, Opus got redemption fee ka? plan to top up boost then buy opus fund then take out few weeks later. never heard people mentioned about redemption fees.....if you refer to the posting from the starts......many had been milking the boost points to the max monthly by in/out/in/out to the max value allowed by boost. |

QUOTE(datolee32 @ Jun 23 2020, 10:35 PM) Ok, thanks for explanation. By lowering down the fund price through distribution, i think there's more higher potential gap for the price to go up, instead of fluctuating at high price. Please correct me if i am wrong. for UT it is all about NAV....get the correct definition right and then i hope that can helps to shed some light to your conception/misconception.. |

QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Jul 24 2020, 09:29 AM) Can you share a little bit on which fund is kena default drop till gila gila? Or totally become zero value? a FI UT fund consisted of a baskets of bond holdings....to have an NAV become totally 0 value...then ALL the holdings must defaults and must also be sure that all of them cannot be recovered even if 1 holding defaults, there are other holdings still inside the assets in the UT fund This post has been edited by MUM: Jul 24 2020, 09:35 AM |

QUOTE(anwa @ Aug 5 2020, 04:06 PM) Hi all, I just discovered this fund. Previously using phillip money market via eunittrust. Currently their quoted return is 2.3%pa. For opus, what is the returns? I scroll thru mostly mentioning NAV, no clear cut simple to understand returns. MPF is above FD rate and IPF is slightly higher than MPF but with a bit more risk, am I correct? Hope can share the average returns %pa over last 1-2 years. Thanks. from FSM siteFSM risk rating also stated... QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Aug 6 2020, 11:33 PM) i start to spend more time looking at the NAV for both IPF and SIPF and what caught my attention is that SIPF perform better during the month of July compare to IPF IPF July 1 = 1.0675 July 30 = 1.0912 (+2.17%) SIPF July 1 = 1.0230 July 30 = 1.0498 (+2.19%) |

QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Aug 7 2020, 09:37 AM) DIF wow, your criteria is much more stringent than the Malaysia Security Commission Shariah Screening Methodology.--------------- since learning more and more about UT and know how to read fund fact, this has help me to be a more responsible investor that is why i always try to stick with Islamic Fix Income vs non islamic fix income i dont mind non islamic or non shariah but GAMING, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO this 3 sector pls avoid from https://www.sc.com.my/regulation/regulatory...ing-methodology |
