I got few quoted at RM 1.2mil since last few months but I feel to see the price for L4 first.

Most of the L1 or L2 now i believe you are quoted at 1.2Xmil as its very clear to 1.3 the asking price

Crazy sales strategy. No layout, no brochure, no illustration. Open ballot registration for 3 days oni and then ballot on 4th day. Wth. So much confidence in this market meh...

confirm sold out again.
Price is at 1.26m and above for L4, imagine just around 2 years ago L1 launch around 900k with the appreciation from phase to phase.

Only 44 units and 300+ registrations, so Setia, opps should be from these I&P staffs that handling BK are very confident can clear out. The material price increased and drag so long to see if can sell above RM 1.3mil but unfortunately they can't.

Brochure already got since last month, but only scale model will be ready soon.

Ya. The land in bk1 - 9 is freehold...

The intermediate layout quite functional. Just corner layout a bit weird with the 1st floor being wider than the g floor lol. Dunno how this decision made.

dont really like the facade personally but i believe it will be sold out again.. all the legasi phases sold out like hot cakes.
