The intermediate layout quite functional. Just corner layout a bit weird with the 1st floor being wider than the g floor lol. Dunno how this decision made.

dont really like the facade personally but i believe it will be sold out again.. all the legasi phases sold out like hot cakes.

yes but i guess i will give it a pass as this location is less ideal than the earlier phase

but the total units are lesser and land size for intermediate is the biggest plus practical layout at ground floor which about similar with Sejati Lake Cyberjaya

I realize L4 they try to create area to work from home as the trend now as you can see they put some placement of workstations at both floors in plan and visual which is interesting!
But the location is less ideal with the high rise right opposite!

it is all side by side from L1-L4.. across the L shaped land..
But hes right, its T20 price range..

At least L4 got proper play ground and park😂… I believe still got L5… the land shape about similar for L4 but bigger size …
