I think bukit jalil to mk comparison is more fair. Just look at the high rise at awan besar row and the link row.

Also, bk is large. Unfortunately, bk1 to 4 hse conditions have deteriorated a lot. When they launched back in 90s, they're probably considered like kota kemuning nw. New, much potential but considered outskirts cus still developing infrastructure.

Agree that BJ is like MK.

IMHO, Legasi area starts to be like DPC already with the landscaping as well as bicycle lane whereby evening you see a lot cyclist and joggers.
The property price here also appreciate and soaring. Highest transacted intermediate price in Legasi was 1.3mil when the SPA price was around 900k.
This is the appreciation only in 1 year time whereby the property completion still not finished. Imagine the price when its finished..

I think very hot project d here given so many agent calls to ask to sell as there's huge demand and the corner i bought at 1.3m during launch phase, there's a ready offer at 1.9m.

My only regret is i didnt buy more...

Wah. Good to hear. Quite amazing that subsale buyers willing to purchase even before seeing the finished product. Definitely huge demand for legasi.

Always hear era for flippers is over but legasi buyers fork out 60-70k and flip can get arnd 200k profit only after 1 yr + 🥳

Exactly, I have faith in this area too but didnt expect this hype to come so early.
I guess its conjunction with the almost completion of Pavillion Bukit Jalil as well as confirmation as KL Wellness City project given this area lacks a top notch mall and hospital.

I am placing my bet that intermediate could go up to 1.4 - 1.5m by next year smile.gif

I agree..the last 10 years was boom of Kinrara SP Setia property..10days queue was really crazy. thankfully Legasi was only 5 days! (also because of Covid scare and higher price mark)
Every subsequent launch and project here now hot cakes already. literally few minutes again from Pavillion Bukit Jalil

Cant wait to see how both the developers mentioned elevate the living environment here!

May I know where you get the info on the highest transacted intermediate price of Legasi which you mentioned is 1.3m?
As for you corner unit, is the offer from agent or what?
Btw if you don't mind I asking, what is the size of your unit?
I am curious of the current price because my unit is Legasi 3 corner as well.

Hi, as for the transacted price, it was such a small world i know the owner that purchased the unit of intermediate of 1.3m. They used to stay the same street as my parent's place and i validated with agents when they called me.

My corner unit is 44x75. I managed to buy from developer. Congrats on your corner unit too! What's the size?
