HTC is like 1.5km away or more. Distance to HTC not even a factor to consider for anggun buyers.

Anggun 3 got powder room n non-sharing en suite bathroom for g floor bedroom. No junction facing units and on higher land too.

Maybe mine is small family, do not need so many bathroom and room. just individual preference, but higher land is better.

Haha fair point. Less to wash. Yr dining n kitchen area is larger too. Being able to move in 2 yrs earlier also is a big plus.

Big PPU is right next to BK7. expected to build within the next 10 years when we have all the EV cars etc etc. BK7 is less preferable.

SP setia capped to less than 10% or 5% for bumi

But I watch back the SP Setia Legasi 3 live ballot, They kept 21 units for bumiputera and 20 units for non-bumiputera. But I am not sure whether they will change after that.

The recent launch was Anggun Semi D and its via first come first serve QR code registration and i did manage to get a unit too out of the 20 over units.

I heard L4 will be delayed..
