I bought the brickz BK transacted properties report to satiate my curiosity. RM30 only. 😆 Qaseh 3 24x80 was 1.33mil to 1.4mil. 26x80 was 1.46mil to 1.5mil. 2018 to May 2020 transactions. Oni got 4 end/corner units sold in the past 5 years is 1.6mil to 1.81mil. surf-it and JasonTheGreat liked this post

Bk8 semi ds should be around 2mil +- 10%. Won't run far gua...
