Qaseh 3 24x80 was 1.33mil to 1.4mil. 26x80 was 1.46mil to 1.5mil. 2018 to May 2020 transactions.

Oni got 4 end/corner units sold in the past 5 years is 1.6mil to 1.81mil.

2 mil not worth it, u must as well wait for Anggun 3 Semi-D

Yeah. Actually okie with Saphhire surroundings as well. Just if good price can get in Qaseh 3, will go for it. Of course Saphhire is cheaper.
For me asking price of 1.6mil for 24x80 of endlot 10ft is a bit high.

From the way they divide the land, i'd say they were planning for semi d or bungalow units. But ltat go thru restructuring now dunno what happen d...

that piece of land was supposed to have bungalow launch, but then now I think they are also figuring out what to do with it.

Just came across there is a development just behind Legasi 3, anyone know about it ? As I'm considering to wait for Legasi 4 in the year end, concern the view will be block by this development in the future...

Rich people will buy bangalow and move in there and there supposed to have healthcare provided.

This one confirmed all high rises lah, but is good for Legasi - it's supposed to be healthcare tourism hub

Launching luxury product like this during cmco kinda bad decision. Proly wait selangor cases subside first lu. Unless sp setia got so much confidence in demand for semi ds. 😂
