My answer: as long as we keep carrying the excess baggage that is releasing games as cross-gen between PS4/PS5 and XBO/XSX, TRUE next gen will ALWAYS BE DELAYED.

Need to break away from old tech if you want to encourage innovation and pushing the envelope of current next-gen consoles. If games keep catering to old, outdated last-gen consoles, it'll always be saddled to the lowest common denominator: old outdated consoles.

Not really beast. I can only get 120fps on Medium. RTX3050 on Z13 is crippled by its small frame buffer VRAM of 4GB. Anything beyond High settings, your game will blink red, not enough VRAM for that settings. Its smol 13 inch screen is blessing though, on Medium setting or higher no difference since the screen size is too smol to show any difference. At home? 3080Ti eGPU plugged into the Z13 connected to 55" C1 OLED? I go crazy all out: 4K 120 High/Ultra.

1080p120 out and about, 4K120 at home. 

actually pcie 4.0 bus speed, 3080ti also dont fully utilize. so pcie 4.0 bandwidth not a bottleneck for current card. I think latest rumor has it that next nvidia card also use pcie 4.0

get your 3090 to generate some extra income for you then if not utilized, can get at least USD4 per day based on current market rate

What Japanese games they sold recently they so proud, that they wanna shed their Western side? I dont any of their games here, either they publish or develop themselves.

The only past AAA game they've shown being able to generate sale numbers is by whoring out FFVII Remake, first on PS5, then grabbing the exclusivity money from Spic Games Store for stying exclusive there for a year before out on Steam. Not confident their own product can sell on their own merit, instead relying on money hats from Sony and Epic. 

Or do they think they can do it the Konami way, making cheap knock-off versions of their recognizable IP? Like Konami's Metal Gear Survive?vomit

Make good games, the sale numbers will come. FROMSOFT proved that. A purely Japanese developer selling a Western-like game, with western-like lore and content. 12 million in under 3 weeks.

They hold valuable IPs but can't even figure out what to do with them? Remake Chrono Trigger, not the faggot attempt they did Chrono Cross. Remake Vagrant Story Or Final Fantasy Tactics, or sequel-ize them. Or remake Parasite Eve into modern survival horror like how Capcom did with RE2 Remake. They have f**king Legacy of Kain, for f**k sake! Do you know how many are waiting for either a proper  remaster, remake or a bloody sequel to that game?

Got tired of playing "toggle on-and-off- then PRAY" with the ARC port on my 7 years old AVR. With this, any/every port on your old AVR is an eARC port.

Beats spending MYR4K upwards for a new HDMI 2.1 VRR-compliant AVR available. With the STILL EVOLVING standards of HDMI2.1 and AVR makers still lagging behind in implementing the full suite of HDMI2.1 features on their new AVRs (VRR, ALLM, QFT, 4K120 with working HDR10 and Dolby Vision tone mapping, off the top of my head), some are still struggling with 4K120 without f**king up image quality, or HDR tone mapping, dont even expect VRR to be implemented on them until they clear their current docket.

All my HDMI2.1 devices (XSX, PS5 and PC with RTX3080Ti) goes first into the LG C1. At least those four HDMI2.1 ports have their features fully implemented on LG C1's four HDMI ports. To get all the lossless audio from those HDMI devices mentioned earlier, is a matter of getting eARC into the old AVR, and problems solved. The old AVR supports ARC, so I can still get lossy formats like DD5.1, DTS:X and Dolby Atmos, but the implementation of ARC on this 6 year old AVR is so flaky, that pumping two Atmos and a DD5.1 audio bitstreams in tandem from the XSX, PS5 and the PC together (what happened today while I was calibrating my C1 for better IQ), just messed up the logic circuit in the AVR, it no longer reliably does ARC, sometimes it works, sometimes it cuts off. Let see if the SHARC V2 8K can finally stop all nonsense.

The game is now live/playable/unlocked on GamePass! Time to kill some Nazis, bullets through eye sockets, skulls, crotch, front and rear. Just need to get to that perfect sniper's perch before squeezing that trigger, taking into account wind direction and gravity over long distance. And the occasional civilians blocking the line of sight.

TBH I got game pass for past games that I never play/try, and my wife and FIL enjoys their selection of indie games is superb bonus.

I'm so close to EXFIL waypoint but I cant bear to look at uncompleted POIs on the map. Those Anti-air guns are really annoying to eliminate, with the enemy patrols. I end up doing against what the game asks of me: Instead of snipe-and relocate, I went in for melee kills.

Killed so much via melee, unlocked the "Close Quarters" achievement.

I also have quite a few where they add DLC after I 100% it.  These days a lot of games I cannot be bothered and some games I don't even complete the story mode but some I like to do because they're difficult.  Sekiro comes to mind.

Depends on mood - sometimes I can get OCD and just spend months playing one game to get that 100%.  These days I blame my kids for starting all those games and not finishing them.

It's only "rare" because Sniper Elite 5 is not COD. If it's COD, wont be so rare anymore. I'm glad that Rebellion kept doing their own thing, and not fall victim into what's popular (Sniper Elite "battle royale" will totally kill all my interest in Elite anymore) or into the GaaS trap. Elite 5 has Invasion multiplayer mode though, those bunker you're destroying now becomes the sniper perch you have to defend in Invasion. I'm staying off multiplayer until I get through campaign.

Yeah, I didnt notice Elite 4 being this annoying with the weapon/equipment wheel menu. Or maybe it's just me panicking more often than I should.

Instead of holding the RB to bandage/heal, camera pan got too close to the dead body I was searching earlier for loot, and instead of bandage/heal, it rigged it for grenade booby trap on the body!   Panic sets in when those Nazis were flanking in and I stubbornly want my loot for the kill I did, and I'm bleeding the f**k out!
