For the issue with dev changed from 6 lifts to 5 lifts. No offense, I am one of the buyers so I just wanted to know more about the situation coz I tried to access to the link whatsapp but it has been reset.

also if they are blatently cutting costs such as reducing lift.. this wont be the last time they do it.. be careful of the end product from this unknown developer..

many more place i can think of to cut cost. facade, facilities, etc

It seem near Centrio parkhill.

For your information two big developers are in these areas. Bangsar south by UOA and Pantai sentral by IJM.

And is IJM won the MRT3 contract, it likely will change the route.

But I doubt why government don’t connect MRT3 to more interchange station to increase the ridership and connectivity.
Example they can upgrade the MRT3 in kTM pantai. And some rider can change here go to ketam island to eat ketam.

Lift back to six.

But uncertainly for the AC power point and water heater point. It not mentioned.
