When they collect RM15k (not 500 or 1k) booking fee like it is in the 1990s I already feel something fishy

Why don't just submit a police report. Can this be done or will there be any implications? Normally refund takes 1 month.

Submitted a report to Lembaga Perumahan KPKT, just awaiting response back from KPKT.

Rumawip is just the government initiative. Actual project is built by the developer, and developer can go bankrupt.

You are very wrong on this. Rumawip dont own by gov. Currently there is one Rumawip project currently under Sakit status by KPKT. Go check the latest listing in KPKT website and see whose the developer.

Saw the site totally no works been carry out. Stop works again ??? The current contractor said the developer no money to pay them.

Anyone got info on this ? if stop works can we complaint to Authorities ? cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif
