I find the developer dodgy. Not sure whether to pay my RM 15k booking fees to SW Wong.
1) The developer of Circo is Impero Land Sdn Bhd (attached the company search, Impero is a company with RM 400k capital and no details on its financial status): [attachmentid=10418510]
2) Was told by the sales representative that this developer's past project is ritz communities, no where i found its link with poly ritz development sdn bhd / poly ritz communities sdn bhd.
3) The only link i found is that the CEO of Poly Ritz Development Sdn Bhd SW Wong is now the lawyer for circo pantai dalam collecting the RM 15k booking fees:

7) Poly Ritz Communities (M) Sdn Bhd also seems to have not paid its compound:

Therefore dear Sifus, would you all still pay RM 15k booking fee to the panel solicitors SW Wong, who was reported to be the CEO of Poly Ritz Development (A company which is now not found in search)?
