Thats why never make any shaddy deal that is not legally bound. Otherwise u have no one but yourself to blame if it turns out too good to be true.
We already have a lot of example of rumawip scam happen in Malaysia. |

Probably the developer can't get APDL yet, the developer need to pass through many staged like bomba check, land authority check, bank check etc to get APDL to develop the land.
Or it is entirely a scam. |

What is the right channel to file a official complaint against this developer, Impero Land? Anyone can please help to advise? |
