My advise, don't use their Maybank banker (Chinese girl) even their offer is good. I won't reveal their name and details. What I said was base on my experience (regarding service) only, so I hope they change the banker by now. If u have time find your own banker. Legal firm they recommend is fine. I don't really mind that. I still signed for block D, because I bought the small unit. Maybank and CIMB I consult their banker, offer similar both 90% but Maybank interest lower monthly installment 20-30 ringgit difference. But for 30years is about 10k plus. I took Maybank loan because of interest rate, but their service really annoyed me. The lawyer of developer and the lawyer of bank mortgage can't be the same for Maybank loan this is their policy, so you will need to meet lawyer few times for this. |

Thanks for the fb komuniti info, block B its not really fully facing lake, face half bungalow house & half lake, can check on Google map lol, block D 3unit end lot is good for lake view ya, hope this area/neighbour not that noisy Anyone knw about when developer will give both ikea and Harvey norman voucher ? Agreement s&p got show when is the last date to take key?
