I have contacted an agent for this project.
290k price is for bumi Non bumi I'm not sure how much Is the 881sqf but for 1010sqf is 341k (garden view) 371k (lake view) onwards. Maintainance is rm 0.20/sqf (not sure include sinking fees or not) Leasehold. Went to the actual site before. Very DEEP inside. Majlis perbandaran sepang already. Around 25 - 30 min from LDP to go inside.Not sure about the water quality of the lake but I went in around 630pm the lake view quite nice actually. My opinion on this project: Puchong morning is already damn jam especially this part of puchong. So if anyone who don't mind driving 30min in the morning just to get into LDP and continued jam to your workplace. This place actually quite good on the price view and environment. |

I also booked a unit there. I like this area not too crowded. When reach home is quite and relax. Now everyday I travel pass thru Taman Bukit OUG, that small road surrounding by 5-6 condo with another 2 coming. Somemore no high tension cable a surrounding area. cheehou11 liked this post
