(11)go to malaka for 1 day trip only 1.5 hour
(12)*no downpayment needed* this most attractive bcoz i can use downpayment to share invest or future renovation fees instead of one shot pump 50k(dp)+50k(reno)+50k(wedding) in short period (3-4yrs)
(13)kitchen cabinet,hood,gas hob,induction hob,island,fridge,wardrobe,4 aircond,heater,shower screen,bathroom counter,basin,wc it could make me save money in future renovation ( i work in building materials field ) so i knw ,hahaha

(1) majority i think is malay (sorry to said that im not racist,but some owner looking for majority with same race )
(2) location not really good ,but i like it very close to mex highway so i can travel from that road faster instead of jamming at ioi puchong road
(3)restaurant far away ... i think so ,not really familiar ,haha
(4)least hold LOL ,just stay if u like ,u wont stay longer than 99years ,u knw what i mean hahaha

Block C and D are the best, A&B not advice, maybank loan(not 100% loan) they can let u borrow up to 90% loan from your DSR, whereas public bank offer 80% only, so I take maybank, if 100% loan, eveything fee will refinance into same loan, mean u have to installment more ya
