I signed for A2 (corner), loan and legal documents already done. Now is waiting the loan start.
Shopping mall will take at least 20mins drive, IOI mall Puchong, D pulse cyberjaya, IOI city mall...
Hypermarket (20 mins) Tesco at bukit Puchong nearest (open till 1am last time), and Aeon big Bandar Puchong Utama. The sales told me they might open road pass D'island but not sure whether they will do it or not, if then will be more accessible to Puchong area.
Best view at Block B and Block C (I guess all sold out now), only large unit without type A unit. Type A are 881 and 892 not facing lake. Facing lake is type B. Facing lake is facing east and facing carpark/garden is facing west. If u choose level 6 and below possible to block by multi storey car park (I am that's why I choose corner), car park are 2 together.
My advise, don't use their Maybank banker (Chinese girl) even their offer is good. I won't reveal their name and details. What I said was base on my experience (regarding service) only, so I hope they change the banker by now. If u have time find your own banker. Legal firm they recommend is fine. Lawyer is friendly able to explain things in details.
