1) i bet if u asked the SA/ agent, have u ever swim in that lake/pond ?   

2) most nasty lake i've swam is in Putrajaya but thats bigger then this iinm    (during events of coz, im not crazy to simply swim theere)

3) if one would not even swim in the lake, what makes it suitable to be living next to it?   all these lake/water features but nice to see, dangerous to swim    same like that LAKE City near by jln ipoh 

LAKES/ponds are nice but with near to ZERO maintainance from developer or effort to upkeep the area.

is true, what i know is the price is RM330k for 3 rooms and 2 car parks, really attractive lar.

Non bumi I'm not sure how much Is the 881sqf but for 1010sqf is 341k (garden view) 371k (lake view) onwards.
Maintainance is rm 0.20/sqf (not sure include sinking fees or not)

Went to the actual site before. Very DEEP inside. Majlis perbandaran sepang already. Around 25 - 30 min from LDP to go inside.Not sure about the water quality of the lake but I went in around 630pm the lake view quite nice actually.

My opinion on this project:
Puchong morning is already damn jam especially this part of puchong.
So if anyone who don't mind driving 30min in the morning just to get into LDP and continued jam to your workplace. This place actually quite good on the price view and environment.
