Thanks, so it could be nationwide issue.

No wonder the one I went to one in Puchong last Thursday also cannot. Screen just blank. Able to see the "Press anywhere to continue" then after that blank screen only.

Just an update to those whom are waiting, I checked around 10am this morning and PAM still isn't working for me. So if this really is a nationwide issue, I guess it won't be working for you yet as well.

instead of physical machines, they should just invest in a better online platform.

Federal Government shall invest in both machines and online platforms.
They can get Sarawak Government to help, duplicate "Service Sarawak" kiosk and online platform.

Anyone with problems paying through MyTNB app with a credit card? Seems like when using PBB Visa, it goes to a blank page and not the one asking for OTP.

Hey, thanks for the alert. I went to the Pos online website and they now accept e-wallet for all the assessment payments thumbup.gif
And you can get points for grabpay unlike the PAM machines

Sorry to hijack this thread about TNB, but I've always used public VS to pay for TNB bills and didn't bother with e-wallet since I can't get points from e-wallet on utilities transactions anyway.
The challenge I had all these while is cukai taksiran for DBKL, MBPJ etc cos there's no credit card cashback or e-wallets allowed other than PAM machines. PAM machines have been very unreliable as well, sometimes drive all the way there only to find that the machine doesn't work and there's nothing the staffs can do about it (or no staff outside their office hours). So I'm really glad to see that I can now pay with Pos online and get grab points which is worth a lot more than boost stars. Shopeepay and touchngo memang no benefits as far as I know

Not only its without ewallet, there's an additional 50 cents Admin charge.
