Before anyone goes to 7-11 or other channels, always verify that TNB is not under maintenance by using the App or Web. When it's under maintenance, 7-11 won't be able to accept payment. They will get some error. Tried yesterday when TNB was under maintenance and today when it's up. Maintenance page will tell you it is ok to pay via JomPay and something else I can't remember. TNB website got option to pay with T@NGo ewallet. Good for privacy if you don't want T@NGo to have visibility to too much of your info through payments in their app. cybpsych liked this post
