bought reload TNG soft pin on 1/1 & 2/1 until now still yet receive the soft pin number. Anyone facing the same issue?

fv is just like their "credit" unit only, you buy vouchers, pay bills, etc.

Just want to share, I've one top up (RM 100) where the pin is not valid, called tng they said it's already been used but refused to reveal the details.
Have been following up with elinking, they said got few feedback on similar issue already. but until now they still never refund/replace the pin.

Can't get them to solve it, they insisted that the pin has been utilised, and from their end they can't reveal who used it.
I think it's more on elinking issue as they sold us invalid pin

The PIN is numeric number. I scare ppl can just had a good guess to use my PIN. So I immediately use the PIN after I purchased successfully.
Even though, the PIN is valid for 1 year from purchase date.

It's unfortunate to hear that from you. RM100 is not small amount that can forgo. sad.gif

yes use immediately after purchased. & dont put any cash in the app credit. not safe either

We should consider lucky can use ewallet for TNB bills.
You get rewards from using your CC + your ewallet already.

Double-dipping enough d don't need greedy triple-dip lol

elinking got new voucher can get. can be used to pay TNB bill.
minimum RM10 payment to get RM0.20 off.
that's the best I guess at this moment.

Not easy to guess, I think 3 or 5 times will get blocked by tng. If they keep doing surely account will be banned.

Few weeks ago, but few pin very serious already, I've bought so many, only once got such issue
