QUOTE(jimhorn @ Jun 27 2020, 03:20 PM) Thanks for the clarification was gonna ask also Just went to try out today, despite the screen showing that GrabPay is available, I tried many times to scan my bar code but failed, so ended up just trying with T&G and it went through. Not sure is it the problem with the kiosk or they haven't integrated with GrabPay yet

QUOTE(mamamia @ Jun 28 2020, 10:05 AM) Do u know how long it take for payment to reflect in TNB acc? I tried ytd, until today also no payment reflected in my TNB acc QUOTE(winmxbb @ Jun 28 2020, 10:07 AM) Yup about 2 days, one thing good is PAM will show the owner's name while elinking or other app normally don't show anything so need to ensure really enter the correct account number

QUOTE(mamamia @ Jun 30 2020, 08:45 AM) Saturday pay, Monday reflected on myTNB acc.. So, it count by days instead of working day? Not quite sure but to me 2-3 days is acceptable, most importantly it's reliable and not go missing

QUOTE(stalvinchew @ Aug 27 2020, 04:52 PM) I use PAM in one of the Pos office to pay my tnb via grab pay. The payment successful but I did not receive any grab points in rewards. Anyone encounter it? I made 5 different payments all via grab pay but none of it reflected in my grab rewards points history. I've already mentioned in my previous post that it's tagged under bill payment, and no points will be awarded for GrabPay

QUOTE(paogeh @ Nov 30 2020, 06:06 PM) i see.... yup, i didnt join too many campaign . and TNG always give me bad impression on those campaigns. Nowadays I don't bother with most e-wallet campaigns unless more attractive ones. Gone were the days it was such fun with all those high shakes, loopholes etc

Just want to share, I've one top up (RM 100) where the pin is not valid, called tng they said it's already been used but refused to reveal the details. Have been following up with elinking, they said got few feedback on similar issue already. but until now they still never refund/replace the pin. Already 3 weeks

QUOTE(STEVE75 @ Jan 5 2021, 10:00 AM) mine was refunded ytd. try liaise with tng ewallet cs instead. Can't get them to solve it, they insisted that the pin has been utilised, and from their end they can't reveal who used it. I think it's more on elinking issue as they sold us invalid pin

QUOTE(Dexter @ Jan 7 2021, 12:26 PM) The PIN is numeric number. I scare ppl can just had a good guess to use my PIN. So I immediately use the PIN after I purchased successfully. Even though, the PIN is valid for 1 year from purchase date. It's unfortunate to hear that from you. RM100 is not small amount that can forgo. Not easy to guess, I think 3 or 5 times will get blocked by tng. If they keep doing surely account will be banned. QUOTE(vince-90 @ Jan 7 2021, 04:47 PM) When you bought the pin? I have few pin invalid too Few weeks ago, but few pin very serious already, I've bought so many, only once got such issue

QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Feb 18 2021, 09:51 AM) Other billers like IWK, Astro and etc are still in the app. What makes TNB so special to be discriminated in such fashion? Recently I managed to speak to one of the top management of a company which no more allow TNB payment in their platform. I don't know him personally, just so happen had a meeting with this company on some projects and out of curiosity I asked him. He told me that they face many issues with TNB as TNB is very "selfish and protective of their user database". I'm not sure how true is this, but if anyone here knows people working at those companies which provide bill payment service, surely will be able to verify this.
