Elinking?
My passed experience, wait 2 days and get refund.

Just want to share, I've one top up (RM 100) where the pin is not valid, called tng they said it's already been used but refused to reveal the details.
Have been following up with elinking, they said got few feedback on similar issue already. but until now they still never refund/replace the pin.
Already 3 weeks

Can't get them to solve it, they insisted that the pin has been utilised, and from their end they can't reveal who used it.
I think it's more on elinking issue as they sold us invalid pin

The PIN is numeric number. I scare ppl can just had a good guess to use my PIN. So I immediately use the PIN after I purchased successfully.
Even though, the PIN is valid for 1 year from purchase date.

It's unfortunate to hear that from you. RM100 is not small amount that can forgo.
