Perhaps their server was indeed overloaded. simplest solution is to reduce the load.

Bigpay can go ATM to withdraw. Check out the Bigpay first post for do's and don'ts. basically, there are some banks that you should not use your bigpay card on.

Initially i want to go pnb main lobby counter, because they have some carnival style like promoting asnb outside, so they direct me to maybank nearby which they set up temporary table and chair for us who want to do update and online.

they said many ppl complaint already and it belong to others dept jobs, they also dunno why.

yeah the religion thingy is possible. as far as I know, any Muslim citizen is bumiputera. ASN site stated that, if i remember correctly, Pakistani and Sulu people who become citizen qualifies as bumiputera lain-lain. Chinese/Indian converts I don't know la. Maybe the religion detail is for this.
