Get ASM 2 3 loh. ASM 1 won't give 5.5% this year since ASB 1 only 5.5%

Just balancing these days, ASM1 got gap due to long period of unavailability prior to 1 Apr 2019.

Already put expectation 4 - 4.5% for non bumi funds payout this year.

Ahh realistic expectation. I think 4.5-<5.5. maybe 5%

Unavailable because channelled to PNB.

sweet spot would be 4.5%

too near to ASB will produce some noise politically
too near to FD rates may cause mass withdrawals

ASB - yes exactly.

But I think 4.5% a bit on the low end. drop 0.5% each year just nice tongue.gif Last I check, ASM1 has 2 years of buffer (i.e. past 2 years income > distro). So unless they deliberately earn less this year, fund should do ok.

asb is 5% + 0.5%.

I don't think the rest can get 5%, perhaps 4.75%

nono, that type of noise is different. if nonbumi funds same return as bumi funds, it will be hell on earth.

3 more months. let's see. i'm not expecting wonders of course. and still doubt many would sell even at 4.5%. Only thing good is trade war cooled down for 2-3 months. If good for another 3 months, maybe can get some better returns. but gulf war 2.0 seemed starting, unfortunately.

Hold.
no need to talk in boost la. we're in Kopitiam now, can off topic as much as we want. that's the beauty of it.

If your concern is 2% or $2, very easy. You can :
1. spend it by paying water bill, parking, Unify, mobile phone service provider

2. top up $1470 with your credit card 1 day after your statement date. Cash out $1498 immediately. FD or ASN the $1498. You have about 50 days to pay your credit card. The FD should earn you $3 at 2.95% p.a. in 50 days and ASN even more.

Thank you for the advise bro.

But just wondering, since my account was under account remaja before and my dad is my registed guardian, now I am 25 already.

Still need my dad to withdraw the funds??

And now if want to top up can do via asnb app?

i dont have such luxury to have parents open such high yield fund for me. so i dont know.

what i'm sure is that you dont have to sell off your stake. I think I've read that it's automagically converted to adult account once you're 18. I tried doing some websearch but couldn't find an answer.
