Upgraded and 128G of Ram from amazon US - the cheapest way. I think the best thing about regular iMac 27 is the Rams, just pop open cover and put in the rams yourself. Take less than a minute. Other than that, you can not upgrade anything else, not the ssd or video card. if you don't need to travel or portability, iMac is the way to go, you get way better hardware for the same price, plus the industrial best 5k monitor for the value.

Its mostly Microsoft trying hard to get it to sync properly. They have done great strides but MS Office isn't really optimised to fully utilise the performance of the Mac. There has been cases where large excel files in the office runs faster with a slower and lower specced PC compared to a Macbook Pro.

Surprised that you can return after using it for a while. If in Malaysia, this will not be possible.

The price does not look like us price no matter normal or educational, if us price seems to be more expensive. If sgd price, it seems to be way cheaper even for educational price.

That price confirm not SG. his different with mine is only the GPU 8gb vs 4gb. the rest is the same.

Did you go with the 8gb GPU? Didnt think of upgrading the GPU. Should have done it. Anyway, will play with it first and see how. If need to upgrade baru return and order again.

Used up all my money for the ram upgrade. But will try running Final Cut when I receive it. Machine running very smooth with the 16gb ram actually. Just upgraded to 32gb in case.
