ok tm fixed it for me, the fibre cable behind has bite signs so had to replace the whole cable to fibre pillar - no charge.

Either they use metal piping dig under the road or from pole to pole.

Usually the cable inside the manhole connects to the nearest roadside cabinet. From there, either the cable will run underground to the nearest pole coming out from it and extended aerially.

From the picture you provided, notice the shorter pipe next to the longer one? It has a opening, for the cable to reenter underground.

Either that or another cable from the cabinet will come out through it and the technician will connect both ends with a junction box which is cone shape.The extra cable will be coiled and tied up on the pole.

Each jalan/lorong they pull one black wire to cover the whole row of homes. Inside each cable there's more than 1 strand which further split to 8 ports using a passive splitter inside the FDP box.

To only put one FDP box for each row of house which has around 10 homes covering both sides, either TM is stupid, highly corrupted or they intentionally doing it to provide limited number of ports only for themselves.

You can actually report this to MCMC as a complaint because as comparison, TNB Allo buildouts place at least 4-5 FDPs per lorong in their new buildouts. Each FDP can provide 8 ports min.

Saw a few TM technician working at the 'box' at my taman last week, talked to them and was really excited when they said they working on fibre & should be available by the end of the month.
Currently using unifi lite 10mbps only, went to TM point but they say not available still ffs. How come technicians and people working at TM point give 2 different info?

my personal experience is direct to MCMC to get direct TM respond. my case was go to TM point many times to ask my area whether have port or not.. always mention is full. till i reported to MCMC and TM direct get back to me say my area have plenty port to subscribe.
