one of their guy, named Suresh (who actually the person who call me couple of times regarding my problems at that moment), simply close my case with this kind of statement "Customer seem satisfied with current speed thus, case closed".

Oh My God...I never ever say that I am satisfy. I even demand 1 month compensation like other one of LYN forum member enjoy but this bloody guy simply twisted my report like that.

My mistake...hmmm, being too kind to them. I wait almost a month to re-complain and until then....I never know that they already close my case and infact never fix my problems.

So guys, better watch out and keep bug them until they fix your problem or you .err...get your refund.

Ya at the 1st time i think they misleading, but then its actualy is generation of the technology, which is using radio frequency with ip based (pppoe). Sometimes whenever we post someting its show that we are not well know of the technology.................

Each generation of technology must have their well and clear definition, if not, we call it misleading.
iBurst is NOT 4G but pre-4G. Thats why they put " " for their 4G.

This one yang I really hairan one.

As a customer who upfront more than RM1k, and they provide me half of their advertise speed (not fluctuate, it happen most of the time), is it wrong for me to lodge a report and wait for their action. I gave them some space and rooms to rectify the problem, not directly jump and scold them. I ask for explaination and they gave me empty promise.

As a customer, what can I do more than that. Bomb their tower or simply terminate their service. If the patience in my blood become really thin or they do not fix the problem within their promise time frame or they dont even bother to fix that problem, then by all mean, I as a human has my right to end up my subscription AND / OR tell my fellow friends (be it offline or online) regarding my experience.

Don't expect every earthling know everything about their rights or the correct channel to express their problem. If you think everybody is soo good like you then you must miss a lot of TMnut Screamyx complain, rant, curse topic and posts. NO need to forget how many blog and topic talking about Maxis BB service. They have their right to tell their version of story. So do I.

Think about my situation. Pay RM98.00 for 1 Mbps service. They give me half of that. Promise me countless of time to fix that problem. But no action. My third complain baru buka report. Sudah bukak report, do not fix my problem and simply close the case with fake customer satisfaction clause. And I, still waiting their action (mind you, I am working chap, who spend my time all my day in my office, which I felt, lodge a report and scold them bla bla bla too fussy and leceh! My work life already kill me...and make me half dead, lagi nak deal dengan customer service ka? Call the CS pun bukan boleh fix immediately. When I can't hold my patience anymore (download speed drop to 300 kbps), thats why I call them and ask what happen.

Of course, as a mere mortal, I really surprise and disgruntle when I knew my report already close with FALSE customer feedback. And my 1 month compensation claim still hanging...without knowing any status on that.

I dont care who you are (sorry to say), either you are Suresh or Izzi staff. I am expressing my feedback to the community. They have the right to know. If i do the same thing, telling this thing to my officemate, wife, friends even penpall or bloging it, you can't do anything. It might not suite your taste...then what I can say...PM  me. I have no problem with that.

But, as LYN member, when Izzi perform well enough to meet my minimum satisfaction level, I post about it (Check my previous post if you are so rajin one). When they serve me not well enough (but already eat my money), I will tell the world too.

And talking about the right channel, yes, I did. I send them couple of emails with all the screenshot, backdated to november till january (which I keep the record), and also call their customer service. Next step? Go to their physical shop? Nah...too fussy to do that.

So now...still has problem with my post?

Do understand ur frustuation... rather than u post the msg here nothing can be done. its better u guys post or send or spm to the isp.... ! but beware none of isp in this earth can provide promised service its due technology that has been created by human not aliens. Same like ur mobile phone service some u get network busy status so when u get that error msg, are going terminate or still use the service. People who read this forum msg think the persone who post are non educated.............. and no point u get information bout the technology from wikipedia coz they are not complete enaugh.... hope u understand.

If Izzi can provide to their customer CONSISTENTLY 70% - 90% of its PROMISED speed..
I belief most of us still cant accept, isnt it?
I signed up for a broadband service but you are providing me a dial up speed.. this is too much..

As a conclusion, my experience with izzi is so irritating!!  mad.gif
Anyone who is thinking to sign up please think twice...

I told him get another CS to call me after 5.30pm and he did answer "OK" but.. no call at all after 5.30
If you say your office hour is also until 5.30 only then you should have tell me!!

I didnt scold him, I didnt shout at him..
I just voice out my demand and my right as a Customer
