yup you can still order from their website but from timex usa need to use reshipper service like ezipoz or other equivalent companies

ezipoz will provide you with a virtual usa address to ship your order from seller.. then after they receive parcel at their warehouse they will quote you the shipping fees and once you've cleared the payment then just wait for parcel to arrive at doorstep

how much usually is the quotation for watches from US to KL and how many days would it take?

after they receive parcel then will quote you fast / normal with delivery time frame and shipping fees

my past both purchases were around rm500 so didn't have to pay duty

mostly depend on luck whether customs they decided to open check your parcel or not
