Thank you guys. Yes i received email about the transaction being unsuccessful from Wahed. I checked in the app also it showed failed. I have contacted them. I used maybank2u to deposit. I'm worried actually. I want to add money but this thing happened. I really want to add money. Should i try again ?

Hey guys let me explain my problem here.

I deposited RM100 today. At 12.36pm, I received email form Wahed stating that Your deposit is successful. The funds will be reflected in your account within 1-2 business days. In the email it showed amount, Transaction ID, Transaction Number and Bank.

At 1.01pm I received another email stating that Transaction unsuccessful. We were unable to process your transaction. It is important to note that in this email the Transaction ID and Transaction Number are different from the first one i received.

What is happening? I have tried to reach them out but no reply till now.

since you are mentioning that there are two transaction ID received through ur email, your app only show one transaction ID?

Afaik that fund held onto some of the Maju Expressway (MEX) bonds and their rating was downgraded
Can't remember if there were any other issue for the fund

It is indeed outperforming the S&P 500 but not to this extent

The premium has now grown to 20% from NAV



I had a look at the transactions for the ETF and the last sell was on 17th April 2020. Has been all buys from that time.

I suspect that with the performance, there are people adding even more funds forcing even more buys that is driving up the prices more than normal

I have never seen an ETF have this kind of disconnect before because arbitrage usually kicks in

Both. Even the application is showing different transaction ID. It makes me quite worried actually. Luckily it's a small amount. I hope the problem is rectified soon. Any of you guys encounter this problem before?

so your RM100 doesn't go missing isn't it ?

it still successfully submitted one deposit I think

technically I think FPX side failed the first trial of depositing (first trans ID) but upon requery it is success so it create another transaction (second trans ID)

some wild guess from my field knowledge

so thing u want to confirm is that
1) you deposit only RM100
2) your RM100 deposit is indeed reflected in the app, and will be used for investment (can confirm with Wahed tomorrow)

nothing worth to worry about.... your screen is showing 2 transactions.

1 failed, and 1 processing and so you receive 2 email for both status. It is normal..

I only deposit RM100 once. I did transaction once only. I'm not sure why it's showing two. One time only through maybank2u. Till now the RM100 is not reflected in the application.
I did not do two transactions.

12.36pm email - Deposit was successful
1.01pm email - Deposit was not processed.

yes dude, still u only deposit once RM100, you get one transaction RM100 successful, it is alright, just ignore the unsuccessful ones.

you can double check with Wahed CS just in case

Yeah true..I'm still waiting for the RM100 to be reflected on the app. I have already sent email to Wahed CS. Hopefully everything is okay. Thank you ya.

I have shifted profits from my very agressive wahed fund to a second wahed moderate fund.

Don't know whether to pump more into my very aggressive account the bulk of which will go to buying the myetf dj titans 50 at such high price.

I mean account, not fund.
