So i was like, now the serial number on the original box and the phone won't match, no extended warranty, how can you ensure the same sh*t will not happen again? The guy was clueless and shaking "sir we dont have an answer". I said i want a refund, they are dodging the problem, no one wants to be responsible. He told me to call another number and "we cant do anything sir".
Is this a joke?
You don't have to worry about refurbished phones as the parts especially the exterior are all new, the batteries will be new as well. Nothing to worry about as long as your phone is registered under Apple system. Not like some refurbished unit from an ah beng shop. Best to keep your current receipt to show it is an apple certified refurbished if you want to sell it off in the future.
