How is realme software updates do they frequently do software security updates? I noticed their android 10 will only start next year for some phones..

At least have Android 10..
Models from "A" brand not expecting to have Android 10 especially the mid range one like offered by Realme...

It's reported in Xda android 10 for realme x2 pro is Q2 2020.

Besides Original charger and cable, any of u using other compatible charger and cable that also gives vooc flash charge?

Even with other brand cable but original charger, you won't get the benefit of VOOC flash charge as the cable is specifically designed to run at 5V 4A which typical cable aren't able to do so.

So the short answer, no.

Using the realme 5 for 1 month now. Bought for rm599.
Really worth it for me and quiet satisfied.

XT vs 5 Pro
which advice to get?

XT is a bit more on the premium side, front/back glass, super amoled(IPS LCD for 5 pro), UFS 2.1, but same cpu and 64mp camera compared to 5 pro 48mp.
For me 5 pro is more for value conscious user, that doesn't need all the premium stuffs but want a relatively good all rounder phone.
and XT is RM300 more expansive than 5 pro, so really up to u.
