Latest update version of realme 5 seems to enable WiFi calling?

There is a WiFi calling icon showing when I'm on airplane mode. Usually don't have.

Did anyone of you facing overheating problems on Realme 5 Pro?
I noticed it gets hot quite fast recently, especially hot on the camera bump.

CPU Z shows only 41.5C tho

Never face such issue. Perhaps there are apps running in the background?

I noticed it quite recently after the latest update. Battery also drain faster.

Usually it happens during gaming, but it gets hot within 15-20 minutes. Could it be caused by heat trapped in my casing?

Not sure ad I rarely play games on my phone. Batt life seems normal and I use the original rubber case.

Maybe try do a factory reset to makr sure no other malware infect? Be sure to backup.
