Guys, Willian is 31, his contract will be up in the coming summer. Rumours saying he wants a 2year contract but as we all know, our club have a policy of only offering 1 year contract to players over 30 years old.

Do u guys see our club breaking the club policy finally on a player that deserves a longer contract?

In all seriousness, based on his recent performances I'm with you in believing that he does deserve another year, but two? Kinda risky, wingers like him rely so much on pace, I'm worried he might drop off badly when he loses a step or two. Let's wait till the end of the season at the very least.

I like the idea of Pulisic + Sancho down the wings. CHO still dont cut it for me. He has the right dribble moves to get pass defenders, but the final pass / shot has been lacking.

I believe contracts and rights to start matches are directly based on meritocracy of performing well on the pitch. And Willian is playing very well under Lampard now.
